I saw one that said ‘NO COUPLES’ and now I’m kinda confused, when they say one bedroomed flat suitable for student or worker does this also mean no couples? :<

be able to rent the flat out to someone until the lease finishes, i saw a property freehold with 50 years lease remaining and £150 a year ground rent for £12000, does that mean i can live there or let it out until my lease finishes with no other costs.

I have a default on my credit record from about 2 1/2 years ago and my husband has lived in the UK for less than a year so between us we have a really bad credit rating. We want to rent a flat through a letting agent. Do all agencies check credit ratings? And is there a way of renting if they do?

I currently live at home but have a buy to let property in Kent. I have been offered a job in Berkshire so will be moving out and am reluctant to sell the flat! Can I get a seperate residential mortgage for me to live in and have two mortgages from just the one salary?
