I earn approx 12k a year (this changes as it’s commission based, but that’s about the max). I want to start doing private tuition (music) and will be able to add around 5k approx to my salary. Can i get a mortgage with this? I’m fed up paying £500 a month rent for a tiny flat that will never be mine. I haven’t gone to enquire about this yet as i’m afraid they’ll laugh at my low earning. We just bought a new king size bed. I buy the sheets marked as “fits mattress to 19″ deep” The fitted sheets are great, however the flat sheets cannot be tucked in, not even close! So if they make a fitted sheet to accomodate a deep mattress wouldnt logic say that the flat sheet should too?! I am really frustrated! Does anyone have any recommendations where I can get sheets that will fit???

Sell and Rent Back

So Rent is being taken off of broadway in June and that makes me so sad. Everyone tells me tho that it will come back some time or other with a new cast. about how long would you say it will be from now to come back.

I have no excuse other than I don’t have the money now. Being threatened with court. I could pay it back within 6 months. Any help from a generous person. Not asking for free lunch. Starting a new life, and paying off other debts in payments. This person will no longer accepts small payments. I have messed up, and just need to redeem myself. I could pay 50.00 a month or more to someone who would loan me 1500.00. Anyone out there who could do that?
