Where do I find a good interior designing institue in Mumbai - India ?

2day many homes and flats are being renovated and I am interested in learning the Art of redesining those flats or homes. Is there some good institute where I can learn designing? I am retired but I enjoy this field and maybe this will keep me busy too.

so i’m interested in getting a new straightener .
i currently have a “her styler” which i got at the
mall . you know when they ask if they can try
it out on you . but i’ve heard that the chi straighter
is the best . but how is it different from a typical
ceramic straightner ?

Hi do the people that rent apartments in Massachusetts (not sure if the state matters) and pay first and last, were very good tenants, no damages, good people and so on, do they get their last months rent back when they move or do they stay in the apartment for one month free?

Is it up to the tenant to decide, or what?

Yes, I am sure it wasnt a deposit. It was LAST MONTHS rent. My rent is $800, Before I moved into this apartment I had to give him 1600 dollars. And in the paper it was advertised 1st and last. I never paid a security deposit.

I just want to know if when I move, am I living here a month free or is he going to return the last months to me instead.

How can I keep our house clean?

I am 14 and have 4 brothers and a dad. One brother is moved out, however, so we won’t count him. Anyway, all of my brothers are older than me, the oldest is 22 and the youngest is 15, but we can’t seem to keep a clean house. I always try to do my part, i clean up my messes and rinse my dish out after i eat etc., however, i’m the only one that seems to do this. I got into the habit of cleaning the kitchen everyday, but i gave that habit up because it would be just as bad by the next day so i didn’t see much point. Our house isn’t flat out dirty, its just mainly cluttered with some dirty dishes and wrappers scattered randomly about the house.

I am embarrassed to bring friends over, and i don’t want to tell them why they never come over, so i always have a new excuse, but its been like that for too long, and they are beginning to catch on.

We also basically need to renovate the whole house because the cabinets were burned and the bathroom walls have holes etc.

Any advise? Thanks.

Im trying to look into getting a mortgage, going to see a mortgage adviser at some point but just want to put the question out. I currently rent a two bed flat but i am looking to buy with a long term mortgage (30ys+), but our household income is currently only around £17,000 per yr if not less.
