Wall paper removal and mould?

renovate flat

Hi
I am renovating my flat. I just removed old wall paper with scrapper but it seems I have opned a pandora box as there is mould, cracks and uneven surfaces.
I think I should put back some new wall paper as it will take lot of time and money to sand , fill and paint walls and mould need professional handling.
But I am afraid by not treating mould i am violating health and safety risk for potential tenant.
Any advice from UK readers please.
Thanks.

in eastern europe property prices were up 150% over last 2 years (after joining EU). People take 30-40 year mortgages to buy, but can barely afford a studio flat. And I mean people who are well educated and earning well. And mortgage interest rate is very low now. What will happen now ?

Started working last year december earning a net basic income of R10400, for investment purposes I bought a newly developed upmarket apartment and ended paying morgage of R4300pm(I stay in it) and then after that I bought my first car and I am paying R3500pm and since I work 2km away from work, the little that I had left was is enough for fuel and other necessary expenses. I then took up a loan of R42000 (which I pay R940pm for 7yrs) and I bought a R43000 central city apartment with it and used up the R12500 overdraft facility to renovate the flat which now brings me an extra net income of R3000 per month additional to my salary. My salary has since gone up so my net is now R13000.

I know it wasn’t a good idea to take up a loan and exhaust my overdraft but I wanted to have as many long term investments as possible but now the problem is that I don’t like my progress in paying off the loan. Please assist with means of me paying off the loan faster ans staying debt free.
well, the flat that I bought was a bank repo…so it was quite a bargain (has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, kischen and 2 reception areas) and after just six months I can sell it for at least R120k which will be more than enough for me to get initial invetsment and profit…but I don’t think its wise to sell at least now.

flat mortgage

I have been looking to buy a flat cos of the prices recently have fallen.
But my credit rating its not very good,i do have credit cards bank cards
but if i get refused a mortgage from my bank

Should i consider paying some one to get me a mortgage i have seen that happening?

I earn over £14000 a year and other incomes that i can’t declare but i will be better of buying a flat cos i am paying more rent then i would of have to repay the mortgage.

If i did what would happen if i get cough?
I don’t have any problems of repaying but the credit rating lets me down cos i have been in the country for over 3 years now that’s why.

Any suggestions?
or any legal way of getting the mortgage?
From your experience maybe.
Thank you guys
