There are over 50 apartments in the building and also maintenance has the will to enter. I feel it is very unsafe,and how do we know who is entering our apartment to do a so-called repair? I think if we are at home then we should be able to feel secure.

Hey… just a bit of guidence really… im thinking of moving out with my GF, to go and rent a flat, but id like to know what other charges you have to pay ontop of a “monthly fee (£600..example).. i know there is poll tax.. is there anything else ?..i know about electric and water.. but lets say that is allredy included in the monthly fee…. any help would be very much thanked.

I just wanted to know if anyone knew about this. I’m planning on moving out by December 1st, so will I get my deposit the same day?

I’m moving out before Dec 1, I emailed my landlord about it, but I’m still waiting on his answer.
