Just before Christmas, stress at work, long hours and ?vodka and Red Bull, and cannabis gave her a short psychotic breakdown (muddled thinking, delusional ideas etc.), during which she conceived a passionate love for a man she met at her local pub. He has 2 children by a former wife, lives with his parents, has been in jail twice, is shorter than her, is (according to my other daughter) remarkably unattractive, and has an IQ approximately equal to his shoe size. But to be fair he seems amiable enough.

She seems now mentally OK again, and is off her medication (too early say her doctors). Her infatuation survives - possibly because he was ‘there for her’ during her recent episode. Living alone maybe she’s lonely? She has low self-esteem.

All her friends say he is not the sort of guy she normally goes for. Most have remarked that they feel uncomfortable around him, as do I. I believe the attachment is a remnant of the psychosis, and that she is storing trouble for the future.
What am I asking? Is there any way I can improve the situation?
What was he in jail for? Apparently a) Throwing his former wife’s lover downstairs and b) possession of a knife.

I wanted to buy an apartment 6 months ago , but since I had a bad neighbor in my previous place, I leased the place that I was going to buy so in the mean time he bank approves me for the loan and purchase the place , I paid 9k downpayment and paid secure deposit for the lease contract , I paid rent for almost 6 months, but I did not get approved for the loan , now I have to move out from this place but the seller is not paying my downpayment back. Where can I go and claim?

During the last year of my two year rent, I was concentrating too much much on running a business that I lost track, and even though the back rent slowly amounted to the bond deposit the landlord only brought this up when the rent was nearly up. He ended up keeping the bond deposit. Surely he should have brought up the question of the back rent amounting more than £1,500 earlier? Or is it just a ploy to keep all the bond deposit by keeping quiet about the back rent? Are thee any court cases about this?

Can’t connect to internet in my new apartment, i click diagnose and repair and it says that windows firewall: query user isn’t allowing me to connect to the internet. Its through comcast, how can i change/fix this and connect to internet, can’t seem to find that option in my firewall box.
