John Doe has a credit bad credit score. John Doe is sick of being an immature lame-o and/or victim of predatory lending,hewants to get out from under his financial woes. and wants to grow up find a girlfriend, settle down and have a family some day.

So he spiffs up his resume and goes to job interviews, to start his career. He gets turned down everytime because they do a credit check, see a bad 3 digit number.

Meanwhile John Doe puts in apartment applications (with deposit and first months rent loaned from family) He can’t get an apartment either on 2 accounts: he hasn’t secured employment yet, and he has bad credit.

But he can’t fix his bad credit because he doesn’t have a job!

How does John Doe turn over a new leaf? It seems like a viscious circle.

After about 20 interviews should he just be up front and say, “I’m paying back old debts and starting over anew?” Would this break the cycle.

Hi, I have purchased a new under-construction apartment from a reputed builder in Mumbai, India. We have moved in just about a month ago. We have observed that very fine, hair-line cracks have developed in all the walls. Reportedly, this is heppening in all apartments of the same complex. We asked the builder about it and they responded saying that this is normal for a new construction and happens due to climatic changes. They have asked us to wait for more such cracks to come in next 3-4 months and then they will repair/fill it and do the touch-up. My question is that whether this is normal and whether after the repair this will be alright? It will be great if anyone can throw light on this. Thanx.

i was thinking there is a local scraps place in my city and they charge a flat fee of 85 for you to buy there animals they pick up from the streets ppl ect…
well i was thinking of get pets that ppl just cant seem to keep for whatever reason and selling them just like scraps does but lower the price, because in my opinion i think its sad that all these SWEET kittens and puppies cant find homes because the prices are so high. i think if i lower the prices that they will go to homes quicker and that will help our “animal homeless problem” our city is facing right now.

anyways my question is, what steps should i take and do i need a license for it? it reminds me of craigslist but the only difference is i’d be selling them. so what do you guys think? and i have some space for them but is this illegel? do i need a licenses for this and do i need some type of training. im just keeping them as my own pets until they find a home

For a good while now, I have been feeling run down in both my physical and mental health. Because I have severe depression, and am currently under alot of stress, it’s taking it’s toll on my physical health. I sleep more than I need to some days (up to 10 hours), and have huge patches of eczema behind my knees and terrible skin and hair. At night sometimes, my eczema is so bad I scratch til it bleeds then cant go back to sleep as am in too much discomfort. My hair keeps falling out in clumps too, which is worrying me.

In mental health, I am currently experiencing high levels of stress. I was given alot of study to do for college this holiday and am under pressure to pass my driving theory test in a few weeks. I hate the new house I am in; my Dad was extremely selfish to sell the old one a few months ago and swan off down to Edinburgh whilst my Grandparents are ill, and my Mum stupid enough to put herself in debt by buying a £200,000 house in the village instead of waiting til the other was sold (her excuse was it was always cold and too expensive to run, even though I freeze my socks off everyday in the new one). Have no sympathy for her. Every night I have awful nightmares, all to do with things happening in my life; my Dad potentially having an affair with this old slapper renting his flat with him, the stress of getting the final grade at college to go to uni, and last night I had a very weird and hurtful dream about these toffs who are renting our old house out “to help my Mum out with money”. I loathe the family with a passion, they are stuck up and nasty. My postman has been great and redirecting all my old mail to the new house, but I have strong suspicions that these idiots at the house have withheld a VERY important letter from the DSA to do with my theory test, just because I dont get along with them. The dream as well I had last night was so vivid and real, that I want to delete all these thoughts I have in my head; I found a reference letter to my Mum about this idiot renting our old house out from his employer, the temptation to burn it with a lighter is too great.

I am currently receiving group Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, but obviously it’s not going to be a quick fix, and am going to see my doctor today. Dont know what else to do though.

I own a fully paid for one bedroom flat in which i live with my partner and baby son. I want to buy a house but if i sell my flat first, we will have nowhere to live and if i buy a house first then i won’t be able to put a deposit (from the sale of my flat) down and will probably have to pay double of everything (electric/water/tv licence etc). it’s going to be very difficult to do both at the same time but other people must have been in the same situation.Can anyone advise me on the best course of action?
