Paying in advance does not guarantee me that you will pay in the future. Do you even have a job? Plus a felony for passing a bad check and the numerous nsf checks on your credit report would put the nail in my decision. Sorry...but your just not worth the risk. She'll check those references very closely. If it doesn't work out, it is probably a company policy. One person working in the office might not have the ability to negotiate for you.
