Terrorism and acts of god are not covered on most buildings insurance policies. I have been to South East London, in fact I went to school there, I don't recall too many acts of terrorism lol. And your home insurance as a flat cannot be insured for terrorism. It has to be the buildings insurance which is for the whole block, and would be managed by the management company using your ground rent / service charge.
