Having trouble connecting to the internet in my new apartment?

Can’t connect to internet in my new apartment, i click diagnose and repair and it says that windows firewall: query user isn’t allowing me to connect to the internet. Its through comcast, how can i change/fix this and connect to internet, can’t seem to find that option in my firewall box. Only serious solutions please I am a college student who needs my internet for research

you are using a 3rd party security suite that is blocking the browser you need to give the browser permission to access the internet
Since It’s WINDOWS firewall you need to create an exception. If your using XP look at this:
