		<description>first try to sand it out then repoly the floor...if that does not work then you are going to have to cut out the section of floor and put down new wood ...or just put a rug over it when you leave and hope that he doesn't pick it up before you get your deposit back....good luck</description>

		<description>Try and put some bleach on it. That often helps. You also may ask at the Home Depot they may have an other solution.
Otherwise you may have someone with good skills cut out the wood and replace it and reseal it or wax it to match the existing floor.</description>
