bring your floor map and list down what you want to do and visit contractors. they will be able to quote you. you don have to feel stress or “paiseh” cos this involves a lot of money. you should considered carefully. it not advisable to visit many many contractors because firstly, you might not have so much time and you will confuse yourself. maybe 3 or 4 should be enough.

have some idea how u wana re-do or touch up your new place. visualise your ‘design’. visit many many contractors,get them to draw out your ‘design’ and get quotation (free) get the quotation & design and do some research for a good price. my new place (in east) quite ‘designer’ style (hee hee alot commented) i did it for >20k. have fun
