If you mean fast food menus and things like that when you mention "other" flyers you receive, those people may be sneaking into your building as other people leave and distributing them then. Those people are not known to your property manager so catching them is much harder.

I'm giving this answer based on the assumption that you have your entire name or just your first name and phone number included on your flyers. That would be information your property manager already has on you, so it makes you much easier to catch.

I would suggest you try to put up flyers in a local supermarket or at high schools or libraries in the area. It may also help you to get more business by going out to the general public that way.
