Must I pay rent for the 2 weeks my apartment had no bathroom during repairs?

Our landlord allows us to use the bathroom in her apartment, if that affects anything.

Read your lease.
Does it say anywhere in there that rent is not required if the bathroom requires repairs? Probably not. In which case, yes. You lived there you have to pay rent.
The apartment you rented should have a working bathroom. If she does not offer you a concession for this inconvenience you should contact your local housing authority and deduct the period you were without facilities from your rent placing the funds in a separate account until the matter is resolved with the housing authority. No bathroom makes the unit you were living in uninhabitable in my book. I would offer one of my tenants a concession for the inconvenience.
Yes you still must pay. The law states that the landlord must only provide an alternate bathroom….which she did.
