My dog chewed on the corners of floor boards all over my apartment? Is there a way to repair the floor boards?

It is like the wood is complete shaved off. Please help.
Also, not sure what to do with my dog, I have never caught him in action.

really? Perhaps you need new dogproof boards.
Please supply more information about the type of boards. Are they solid wood, tiles, laminate? I don’t think that your dog ate them. It sounds more like he clawed them. When dogs are still young they need a lot of things to chew on or to play with. My dog loves to play with balls, especially the squeaky kind.
Dog is frustrated by being bored all day while you’re out. You can try giving him boards of his own, limit where he stays while your’e out and spend more time with him every chance you can make. He’s lonely. Nothing to do, no one to play with.
Repairing would mean replacing those sections chewed.
