Who can I call about an apartment that I rent that in Halstead KS that has been without a/c for 2 weeks?

My landlord has removed one window unit for repairs 2 weeks ago, and is now removing the last one, claiming it is leaking water on the outside of the building. I signed a lease for an apartment that had two a/c window units, and now one is gone, and the other is in the “repair shop”.

Does your lease specify that two working air conditioners are included as part of the lease ? If not, you haven’t a leg on which to stand. The AC is not considered a habitability requirement, and is simply an amenity.
