		<description>I'd check your lease / rental agreement. If it state "all work is to be prerformed by the apartment management or person's they send in to repair damage on their behalf." Then you could have a problem, but I would call them so they can cancell the repair call - you do not want to be billed for an unecessary call. Further more, once they realize it is " an emergency" for your own safety, they probably won't worry about this. Remember, when you are renting it is the landlord's responsibility to provide this safe building environment as to not put your personal safety at risk, or your belongings.</description>
