rent back flat
I am looking to rent a flat through an estate agent in the near future. I have a permanent job and a decent salary. However, I have credit card debt on one card in the UK (£3,000) and credit card debt in another country when I used to live abroad. Would any of this prevent me from renting a property in the UK? Would the credit card debt here in the UK and in the foreign country go against me when trying to rent a place even though I can show evidecne of my permanent job and good salary?
