Depends what town centre really.
Would range from £350 to £1000.
Edit: Ah righty, around £520 and £92 council tax then. With other combined bills totalling (assuming you dont have oil, which is a one-off payment of £500+) around £85.87
PS - Now is really the time NOT to be buying, no idea why a person (unless they were estate agents or buy to let people) would even be saying such a thing.
£450 - £650
you don’t actually say where abouts you live, as this could vary your monthly rent price.
We had a 1 bedroomed flat in Nottingham and was paying £90 a week.
It depends where in the country you are going to live.
Depends what area you are in! My property is 2 bed and rents at £900 per month inlcuding £100 coucil tax per month.
Really depends on your location. If you’re lookin’ to rent one out in, let’s say Middlesbrough, you’d be payin’ around 500/600 pounds…..Down south - London, or around there, you could be lookin’ at 4 figures…
Best thing to do is to ‘buy one’ instead of renting.
Ok, well it depends on where in the UK you currently reside. For instance, if you were to live in a shared flat with 3 people in an inner London borough i.e. in zone 2-3 you will be looking at paying (on average) £350 - £500 rent and £100-£150 in bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity etc…)
