rent back flat

Hello,
I need to rent a flat in London with 2 other friends.
What are good and cheap areas where to live?
It doesn’t matter if it’s North or South london, we just need the area to be well connected to the center of London.
Please help us!!!!
Every suggestions will be welcomed!!!
Even if u know somebody who’s renting a flat!!!!
