more often than not you the rent only includes the use of the flat and you have to pay for utilities. You will need to check with the landlord as to what is and what isn’t included in the price and make sure you read and understand your contract.

yes usually u have to pay water, electricity, gas andcouncil tax unless they state any of them are included in the rent. part furnished means usually that u get white goods ie cooker washing machine fridge and maybe some other basic furniture like sofa, bed, but u need to check as it does vary. in fact sometimes when it says unfurnished u get the white goods included.

No. The tenant is responsible for ALL utility bills, inc council tax. UNLESS it is written into a contract that the landlord is responsible (as agreed as part of the term of lease)
This is very unusual and normally occurs in high-rental properties ie relocation contracts.
Part-furnished can literally mean anything they choose! Normally it will include certain items of furniture, maybe chairs, table etc. Un-furnished normally specifies white-goods but check as some private landlords will be naughty and advertise it as un-furnished but may not include white-goods. All the bills including the council tax - they will all be in your name and your responsibility. Part furnished could mean just a settee or appliancies in the kitchen you need to check that out with the landlord

it should say in the lease if the rent includes utility which is your water elec,heating etc, and part furnished is usually bed,kitchen table chairs, comfy sofa,wardrobe,cooker,i think that’s about it

depends on the rental contract. sometimes it is included, some times partially, sometimes not at all. partially furnished,, you will need to go and see for your self or call and ask some questions. good luck mate.

Yes you still have to pay utility bills. Some landlords however include bills with the rent. They will usully state this in the advertisement though. With regards to part furnished there is no set rules with what is included. You have to view the place to see what they include. Even places that claim to be fully furnished still only have the basics.

Your only renting the flat.
You need to pay bills like water/electricity/heating.
It’s their mortgage your paying.
