I am 23. I am about to move in with my parents whilst I learn to drive and look to rent a flat. So I will not have too much money to save. I will also be looking for a credit card.

If you are moving in with the parents then it might be a good idea to use the samr band so they can just transfer money to you.
Forget the credit card unless your parents will pay for the things you want.
They’re all corrupt! Keep your money in a shoe box under the floorboards like me.
At the moment, it’s a matter of trying to pick the best from a bad bunch, as you can see from this series of articles >
Personally I recommend the Halifax… pretty good providing you stay in credit, instantly gave me a £1000 switchers overdraft when I decided to tell NatWest where to shove it (despite the fact I’ve been unemployed the last 7yrs or so) + a VISA Debit card.
If they don’t appeal, check out the Current account comparison search on Fool.co.uk >
Personally I’d recommend against getting a credit card if you can possibly help it, as practically all of them are basically a marketing con designed to get you into a lifetime of debt
But if you insist on having one of these creations of beelzebub himself, Fool UK also has a comparison search + articles (in addition to the one above) on cards
