I neither have rupees ten lakhs to buy a flat nor I would sell it for rupees ten thousand crores.

Go ask economist/real estate agent or a asset management professional.It could devalue too,though the chances are unlikely.If you get it for 1 million you will probably be able to sell for close to 2 million in 5 years time.
