		<description>In some areas..New York, for one, they call condominiums "apartments" or "flats" and they buy and sell them as Single Family Residences. They actually own them....its just a name confusion. We are accustomed to calling privately owned apartments "condominiums"...people in other regions are using different names for the same thing.</description>

		<description>You can buy apartments, although somebody else still owns the whole building. I -think- it's called leasehold, where you own it for a certain number of years.</description>
