Saw a larger box at the post office recently, I believe it was $8.95 and up to 70lbs as long as the item(s) fit. Good luck
No they don’t but you can go to the post office and ask about media mail or library mail, technically a long as you place catalogs or books in the box with your candles you can get this rate which is the cheapest the post office offers but it does take longer for them to get to your customer, just ask them how long it may take depending on where you are sending them
