How do I remove these lug nuts?

Ive asked this question before and I’m not sure if i gave all the information last time. We have an 88 truck (I’m not sure which brand). The two tires on the right side are both flat and the truck cant be moved. The problem is that the lug nuts on the tires are so rusted on we couldn’t remove them to replace the tires. The truck didn’t pass emissions (not to mention the tag is expired) so the truck cant be taken to a facility. DW40 does not work, i cant emphasize that enough. it just doesn’t work. My question is what would be the cheapest (as we have no money) but most effective and quickest way to fix these tires? What are other options if the method doesn’t work? Maybe give price estimates? This truck needs to be fixed and sold by July 09, as I am going to school over in St. Louis (i live across the river) the week after the 4th of July.
Well we tried with one of those 4 way wrenchs. My dad says he stood on it and it still wouldnt turn. We are trying to get one of those automatic gun things but hav had no luck.
Ive heard PB Blaster before but my dad is the type to say he will do things and not do them, but I will run to get some.
PB Buster doesnt seem to be working either. They just wont turn!

Use a breaker bar and a long pipe - the lugs will either come off or break off, in which case you’ll need to replace the studs and lug nuts (no big deal.)
try pb blaster sold at parts store it is a good penetrating oil . then use a good 4 way wrench (try to put a jack stand up to support one end of wrench then use cheater pipe ) be careful & good luck. if all else fails with a good 4 way & long cheater pipe you should be able to snap nut& stud then pull drum & replace studs.
well if its not a ford, put your lug wrench on there and do that ol saying,”lefty loosy-righty tighty” stand on it if you have to, cause most lugnuts are torqued to about 180 foot pounds, jump if you have to..if its a ford with the giant lugnuts, then there left handed threads and have to be turned just oppiset of the right way
A length of pipe to provide leverage. If, as is fairly likely to happen, the bolts are that rust that they end up shearing you may need to drill them down the middle and use a screw extractor/easy-out.
Buy a can of carburetor cleaner $5
spray bolts let it sit for a little bit
don’t get any on you stuff burns
get tire iron and attempt removal
if that doesn’t work try extending the tire iron putting pipe on the end
gives you more leverage
if that doesn’t work
you will probably have to torch the bolts and pull it off that way
don’t know how much that would cost or if you have the stuff to do it
you could always get some fix a flat and get it towed somewhere

There are ways to improve the power of the lug wrench. A piece of pipe (the longer the better within reason) that fits over one arm of the star wrench and sticks out a few feet gives much better leverage. We used a 6 foot piece of heavy wall pipe (called a cheater bar) over a star wrench to change our own 18 wheeler tires when I was in Iraq. I could break loose lug nuts that in the states would be removed with a large air powered impact wrench by standing on and bouncing my 200 lb body up and down on the end of the pipe. (You didn’t wait around on the highways in Iraq for a road service truck. It was change the tire and get out of there quickly.) Be advised that the extra force might break off the rusted lugs completely.
I’d suggest trying to heat them with a propane or cutting torch, but I’ve seen too many vehicles end up on fire. Heating the rusted nuts does help destroy the rust underneath and makes the metal expand making them easier to remove. If you know someone who KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE A TORCH AND HAS DONE THIS BEFORE you might try it, but not unless ALL of the words in caps apply!!
The other option: Use a small cutting tool or grinder (Dremel Moto-Tool or the like. About $40-50 plus a small container of cutting disks for about $5, although if you can borrow one, you only need the cutting disks.) and carefully cut through each lug nut from the side. Make sure to only cut through the nut and not damage the threads on the lug itself. Usually if you get the nut cut almost through on 2 sides, it can be split with a few taps from a hammer and chisel along the cut lines. Then some WD-40 on the threads where the nut was covering them and some new nuts and you can put the wheels back on after being repaired.
take a 6 point socket and a breaker bar. they will either come off or break.
Get a regular lug wrench and then from Home Depot get a 6 foot piece of iron pipe that ill fit over the lug wrench handle. Then put the lug wrench on the nut and slip the pipe over the lug wrench handle and push. With that much leverage something will move. BTW, look at the threads to see which way to push. There is an odd change it has left hand threads.
