You might, but you’d probably get less at a pawn shop. Put it in your local classifieds (newspaper, craigslist, etc.) if you want to get its value out of it.

from your description… the monitor being only 3 months old and 22 inches…I feel you absolutely can borrow $75-$100 against it. I don’t know where you live… but the larger pawn shops will usually give more and also give you 60-90 days to pay it off.
Check it out… you may want to go to a few of the shops if the first one does not want to give you what you are asking. Where I live, you could certainly get that much and maybe more.

Hopefully they will loan you this much, but don’t be surprised if the offer is more like $30 - $50.
I own a store in Michigan. You should easily be able to get that much. It would only be a small fee to get your monitor back also. take a look at our site.
