sell flat quick

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good company to go with for selling some of my land for Hunting/Outdoor Recreational purposes.

I have it listed with a regular Home/Land Realtor and they are having trouble selling it and are telling me to come down on my price. Although I think they are becoming inpatient as I am and just out for the quick dollar.

The land is in West Virginia, Webster County area and is 48 Acres of timber and mountainous area. There is approximately 1-2 acres of flat field area with a 1900’s era house on it. The house may be fixable but I use it for a Deer stand. I just go up to the second floor, take the window down, and it overlooks a field where many Deer are attracted. I’ve never been on a hunt there that I haven’t came back with something.

Has a hand dug well that needs attention, small creek, and is 4 miles away from Holly River State Park.
