We needed somewhere right away and agreed to take before it was done (risky i know) but now we are worried that we wont get anything at in as they said it was unfurnished.

Now the roof is caving in, with chunks falling on the floor directly in front of my front door (outside my apartment, but in the building). I think mold is beginning to grow and I’m concerned someone will be hurt, along with it possibly coming into my apartment. The roof has had this problem before and they “fixed” it.
