I bought a new flat in Jhong-Li city, and wanna rent it to foreigner English teachers. But I don’t know what are those teacher expectations for a flat. If you are a English teacher in Taiwan, what would you consider ?

I live in an apartment complex and was told no convicted child molesters live here by the landlord… Only to find out 6 months later that there is one living here. Now they are kicking him out but trying to keep it a secret from the other tenants… Is there a law for me to get my rent back that I paid while he was living here ??? Please help me out. Thank you. All of the agency’s in the area do checks and there really isnt a lot of private landlords around. I’ve heard that sometimes they will ask for 3 to 6 months rent upfront to protect themselves but I really cant afford this and am turned down for credit all the time! help I need to move in 4 - 6 weeks?
